About Principal Nilson
Hello! My name is Stephanie Nilson and I am the Elementary Principal at Valley-Edinburg Public Schools for students in Preschool-6th Grade. I am originally from Grafton, ND where I graduated high school in 2006. I am a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota where I obtained my degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. I furthered my education at Concordia University where I received my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership in 2015. I have experience teaching in elementary classrooms as well as serving as Principal for 6 years. I am in my second year as Elementary Principal at Valley-Edinburg Schools. When I am not working at the school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy travelling near and far, reading or listening to books, and spending time with my husband and two children.
